Returns & Exchanges


When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account.

The payment is debited from your card when the order is dispatched.

All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

We offer safe payments using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc). Transactions on skipac.com are processed using PAYPAL, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Additionally, we offer bill for Norwegian customer.

All pricing is shown inclusive of tax.
Orders for EU, UK, Norway, Japan, Australia and Canada will be sent duty paid.
Import duty may be applied depending on your county.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from www.skipac. For items bought with one of SKIPAC's retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
If you wish to return your product SKIPAC you will cover the shipping and handling costs by yourself. NB! During our End of Season Sale we do not accept returns. 
Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package. The amount  you paied for the product will be refunded to the payment card within 7 days.
2. Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging.
Make sure the hangtags are still on.
3. Place a delivery note inside the package describing why you want to make the return .
4. Properly seal the package and write our address on the package, Skipac/ SOFIA JOHANSSON, Eckersbergsgate 15 B. 0266 Oslo, Norway. Make sure to cover the original shipping label if using the original packaging.
5. Drop off the package at any post office, make sure to send us the trackingnumber. 

For orders  we ship with Posten.no.
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Oslo, Norway within one business day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Norwegian public holidays.

All prices are shown in Norwegian crowns, and otherwise priced in Euros (EUR). Payments are currently accepted in the NOK.

Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All returns should be in 'as new' condition, both unwashed and unworn.


If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please follow the steps in the section 'How to make a return'. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

If you wish to exchange your product, you will cover the return shipping cost yourself.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above 200 USD / 200 EUR / 2000 NOK. For orders under 200 USD / 200 EUR / 2000 NOK we will add a shipping fee of 20 USD / 20 EUR / 200 NOK.


For all orders in EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and Japan we ship with posten.no


Norway; 2-14 working days


As a result of Brexit, we no longer ship orders to the UK with a total order value of less than 140 EUR. This is a temporary solution, and we are working to offer regular shipping again as soon as possible.

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by posten.no or subdealers, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR / 300 NOK.

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the SKIPAC Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these are possible, we will offer a refund.
